I only received the icecream base without any toppings and it was also melted despite how fast it arrived to my house. The second ice cream I ordered was birthday cake, which was very watery and melted too. The order took less than around 15-20 minutes to arrive yet the ice cream was very melted for some reason and wasn't to my liking in being the correct order. Again I enjoy Cold Stone ice cream in general but I would say just plan on a pick up order or just going in instead."
