"It's alright, but not spectacular. Sushi portions are small for the price. Cooked food flavors aren't as robust as other Japanese places. The Tuna Maki and Hamachi Scallion Maki were good but rolls were very small with six pieces. You really can't taste a big difference in fish quality compared to other places, so the price doesn't feel justified. The Chicken Karaage was ok. Favor wasn't robust or complex. The sauce had some tang that didn't compliment the dish well. The portion was very small compared to other place like Hoka Hoka Fuku that give 2-3 times as much and cost a few dollars less with better flavor (sweetness). The Yaki Ramen (Stir-fry Ramen) was generously portioned for the price. There was a good variety of protein and the grilled shrimp in it was excellent. The noodles were greasier than I would have liked but some people might enjoy it. There were slight bitter and burned tastes mixed with the umami flavors. Could have been more complex."

Every now and then you'll get a thinner one that might be dryer but it's normally very consistent and really good. I enjoy the dinner salad, unless they're skimpy on the toppings. They have great croutons. Their Baked Potatoes are normally really good, as are the Garlic Mashed. I've heard the Smoked Mac&Cheese is good but I've never tasted it. I like their steaks, but honestly for the price they are not as flavorful as Texas Roadhouse. I love a good medium rare Rib-eye but for some reason theirs tend to be too fatty. That's what makes a Rib-eye tasty but not if there's too much fat, then they're a bit too greasy and you're paying for fat. The Madeen's Filet is always very tender but tends to lack much flavor. The Carrot Cake is great, but a slice can feed about 3-4 people!"
