"STK used to be a huge five stars, but they've gone down hill a LOT in the last few months. This particular time, well-done was barely medium (red in the middle). However, the quality was at best ordinary fries (which I have had from STK), NOT truffle fries. Even when they are truffle fries, the quality is less than it used to be, certainly NOT resembling the picture on their menu. I do have one caveat for this review.
