Called the restaurant and spoke with a woman who was quick to tell me I only ordered the sides of longanisa. I said no I ordered the full meal and that the photo and description said it included rice and egg. She insisted that they already updated the info on Door Dash and that I didn't update the app. My app was already up to date and I doubled checked the description and photo.
Since she was quick with a prepared answer and did not try to resolve the issue, I'm inferring that this comes up with other customers.
