The Carolina's Chocolate Cake had a lot of holes in it indicating that the batter wasn't thoroughly mixed. On top of that , because it wasn't very well mixed it led to a lot of dry spots in the cake itself which I didn't really like. The chocolate frosting was very oily and didn't spread well, it was also kind of clumpy. Overall I would say that the slice of cake for $7 is a bit on the small size , there are other places you could go to which give you bigger slices for $6.
