I had the Louisiana Shrimp, Tacos and a side of coleslaw last night and the portions were so big I still have half the shrimp and 2 of the 3 tacos left to take home with me tomorrow. Tonight I tried the cod burger and a side of fries with their homemade tartar. I immediately sent photos to my husband (just like last night because I was so impressed with the portion and delicious crisp fish!) and he begged me to bring him home a halibut burger. I placed another order through Door dash with using the "comment" asking if possible for them to throw the veg and coleslaw in a dish and the tartar as well as I was taking this back to my husband in Port Hardy who I had been raving about their food to for the past 2 nights. Not only did they put the hali in it's own wrap, they put a slice of tomato and the lettuce in 2 separate small paper bags, gave us a whole side of tartar, a whole side of coleslaw AND put the bun separately in the little bag as well so that it wouldn't get soggy. Knowing I wasn't a regular they didn't have to go above and beyond like this but they absolutely did! All 3 times I've ordered they also took the time to write thank you and my name (this last time drawing a few cute fishes as well! lol) If I'm ever in town again I will 100% be back and will absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone I know who will be in the area!"
