I'm a 250lb man. That was 2 portions for me, it's the quality of the items that they're serving. The rice is different. It's longer, double the size of Chinese rice and it has a flavor to it, not bland. I ordered half rice & half salad. it was a perfect blend of both. added a side of their bread, to make my own wraps.
