"I've ordered from many island empanada location since I work in the field and this is the only location that consistently gives empty Latin shrimp empanadas. The rest of the empanadas are filled beautifully. Today all 3 that I ordered equaled 1 from somewhere else. Even the edges are huge on the c, almost done purposely so they don't have to put a lot filling in. Sorry for the lengthy complaint but I'm still hangry."
