I always appreciate a shop that will separate ramen broth to prevent the noodles from going soggy and the sauce for the Curry Katsu Don is also in its own container so you can appreciate their light, crispy coating of the meat the way it is intended. I also enjoy that their Matcha Milk Tea is not overly sweet and retains the strong flavor it should have.
