The salad container was barely full. The gyoza dumplings didn't come with sesame soy sauce. The chicken and steak were overcooked. And I didn't get the extra sauces I requested. I only 1 yum yum sauce. Not even a ginger sauce. This was my Valentine's Day Dinner for myself and it was the worst experience I have had with Benihana."

"I hate to complain, but this is the second time I’ve ordered and the food quality has been disappointing. The meat was extremely dry and lacked flavor, and there was a lot of it but barely any cheese, so the balance was off. I also ordered plantains, and the description didn’t mention they would be covered in sugar and cinnamon. I wouldn’t have ordered them if I had known, since I was looking for something lighter. Even the consomé that came with the birria didn’t have much flavor—it just tasted like a plain broth. Overall, the food just really lacked seasoning and I’m unfortunately disappointed with this order."
