I'm assuming the "white sauce" is supposed to be tzatziki, but then that sauce should have more bold flavor with salt, lemon, cucumber, garlic, etc. I want to stress that the gyro was still VERY GOOD. When I bit into the gyro it immediately reminded me of the gyro aroma and flavor. I just wanted the sauce to have that bold tzatziki flavor and not just taste like sour cream or something. I will definitely give it another try because I know even excellent quality can be a bit bland if one ingredient got missed or wasn't included enough."
