The bao was white, chewy, warm & soft. However it was stuck to the cardboard recycled box, so maybe they need to line it with foil. The fried chicken was lovely & dressed with a little mustard & basic coleslaw. The Chicken Bao Bun was very filling & I was happy overall ;-D"
