The onions were not cooked long enough to caramelized fully and it need more cheese to balance that much meat. It was a little salty but flavorful smash burger. The Bowl Me Up my got was a lot of food but all separate. I was expecting the egg and bacon to be on top but I'm guessing that they packaged separately to keep the tots crispy. "In general, food was good - not great. Oatmeal was bland, and it didn't look like 8 ounces. The Desayuno Clásico / Classic Breakfast was tasty - BUT I would add the choice to include spinach and tomato, and the choice to change ham and cheese (like, swiss intead of cheddar; turkey intead of ham). I would've prefer potato chips as a side rather than Tostitos. The Tostada Francesa / French Toast was good - but thin. Should use brioche instead. All in all, good. Lots of space for improvement.
