The steak was cooked well done like i like, pancakes tased home-cooked and big a fluffy, eggs with cheese were good. The grits had an ample anount of bacon them and were nice and creamy. Also I ordered grapefruit Juices which came in a bottle (Tropicana). I will continue to order from Hope Valley Diner!"

"Food arrived ice cold even though the dasher went straight from the restaurant to my door. The pasta was OK after reheating minus the garlic bread being burned. It was so black and smelled really bad. The triple dipper was absolutely terrible! The sliders were not wrapped in foil so they were covered in the honey chipotle sauce that was supposed to be on the fried mozzarella and chicken crispers. The sliders were also missing the sautéed onions and bacon crumbles which was disappointing. Super bland without those ingredients. 2 of the 3 chicken crispers were inedible. The first one was fine but the second had no chicken (it was just breading) and the third was extremely overcooked making it impossible to chew. The chicken had very little sauce which makes me think that the cook just poured the sauce into the to go box instead of actually tossing the chicken and mozzarella in the sauce before adding them to the box. The mozzarella was still frozen in the middle. On top of all this, they failed to give me a single container of ranch when I was supposed to receive three."

I would appreciate management reaching out to me because I do feel like something needs to be reconciled here. I paid for DoorDash and obviously none of that DoorDash fault but that's happened a bunch of times thru delivery and staying at hotel and even room . Every time I've had points about the quantity of the soup and the soup is fabulous but this one was messy and had some leaking, but no, it was not the bottom of the bag. This time I was obviously in new Hampton home to suites on Cole Mill Road but this restaurant is inside the Hilton by Duke University, which is a ~2/10 of a mile from here and I live locally so I really would like the manager to maybe reach out and see if I can get some kind of card or like credit or extra point or something like that Because I've I've had stayed anywhere outside of the Hilton and probably 10 years and the food at Bluestone Grill has really really really gotten good, but I have to acknowledge they do not do nearly well with their takeout preparation as they do the sit down patrons.
