"Im so sorry i didnt get good pictures! But dont let that fool you. This food was amazing. I had Steak & Eggs , pancakes, grits with bacon, and a Chicken & Dumplings Cup (which Isaved for next day). The steak was cooked well done like i like, pancakes tased home-cooked and big a fluffy, eggs with cheese were good. The grits had an ample anount of bacon them and were nice and creamy. Also I ordered grapefruit Juices which came in a bottle (Tropicana). I will continue to order from Hope Valley Diner!"

The Fried mini dumpling was good, a good size for 2 or 3 people to share. The Crabmeat pork bun had no crab or soup that I could find. Taste was only ok, mostly tasted like dough. Crispy Calamari was decent, if overcooked. Wonton Mixed Egg Drop Soup large was also very bland and boring but the wontons in it were good and much more flavorful than any other dumplings or wontons in this order. Crab Rangoon (6) was typical, nothing special, a little dry on the inside. All in all, there are better options that are closer, we just wanted to try someplace different. "Food was tasty and well prepared, but I must say the quantity of food you receive for the price is entirely awful. If the food had been bad, then this would easily be a 1 star review it was so absurd. Really this is mostly pointed at the sushi items. The salmon sashimi was nearly $9 and you only get TWO sashimi. I have never in my life seen that price point for that amount at this quality level. I would honestly only stomach it if it were a slightly higher end sushi restaurant. As for the sushi tapas same issue. You pay around $16 to only get three pieces of sushi. There was no item description for the sashimi as to how many pieces you get so that was especially surprising. In other words buyer beware. They are charging you approx $4-5 per sushi/sashimi piece and they don't make it clear you're going to get so little. Chicken entree was adequate enough but even the noodle portion was a bit skimpy. Reconsider your sushi prices and I'd give it another shot but this is absurd."
