"I ordered a chix rotisserie sandwich. 1st order was a joke. There was barely any ingredients on my sandwich. I knew when I grabbed the bag it was super super light. so I reordered my food and I got the chicken chunks not rotisserie. if they were out of the rotisserie,they should have told me. That was another $20.00 waste. I hate their chunky chix breast meat. it's dry...very chewy and just sucks. The flavor well lack on flavor makes it wirse. "This is my once a month treat I order fish and chips on payday. Always wonderful food that last for 2 meals. This time maybe a new cook but some of the fish was undercooked.i would have let that go but then I opened the bread pudding. It was a corner pieces that was bured on the outside and all of it very dry. Dessert is a rare treat so this was very disappointing. This is the first time I have ever been unhappy about Black Bear food. I will give them another chance next month. Hopefully this was just a one time event and it gets back to their good consistent food."
