"I love Capriotti's normally. When I first started ordering from there, my order was perfect every time , and the quality was out of this world. The longer that they've been in business, the quality has been disappointing. Picture of a grilled cheese I just ordered attached. Bread, smashed, pieces of lettuce. Absolutely inedible and there was cheese in one corner of the sandwich. I also ordered the Capistrami, but the bread tasted old verses the normal week day fresh bread. Maybe its the holiday weekend issue, but it's very disappointing. If you're paying $20 and $7 for a sandwich, you expect it to be top quality ."

Didn't work at all, and very expensive to make things worse."
