"I request napkins and they never send any. Staying in a hotel, this is extremely problematic. The food is good even though weirdly placed on the sandwich and the add ons that you pay extra for are sparse, (only 2 slices of mushroom & 1 slice of bacon, but delicious when found. I think this is one of the best burgers anywhere but it should be more fun & less problematic, like rebuilding the sandwich without napkins. Good fries & onion rings, but again, weird scantily split.
