So excuses of delivery delays of me not eating it right away do not factor into this. My turkey pesto sandwich was so soggy, it was like a sponge. One side was also very burnt, but the sogginess made scraping the burnt section off easier, so there's that. It was also room temperature cold - and since they grill it like a panini, my guess is that they made it very early, then left it to sit and the condensation made it soggy. (The inside of the container was full of water droplets.) The amount of turkey was also very light - the sandwich was practically flat. The chai tea was good (very spicy), the pesto flavoring on the sandwich was good, and the side salad was good. "I've been enjoying Its A Grind lately. I'd ordered the large Hot Caramel Macchiato before but this time I added the extra espresso shot and I highly recommend it for this size. I ordered later in the day this time and the Yogurt Parfait (300 gm) seemed superior than the previous times I'd ordered. I'm not certain if it was the time of day or the staff that prepared it, just providing the observation, and also a pic. The Bagel with Cream Cheese (New Yorker Bagels) are quite large and high quality. It just seems that despite choosing the type of bagel it's somewhat random what you get. i.e. got a jalapeno when I'd ordered kalamata olive, everything when poppy seed was ordered but did receive blueberry when that was ordered so it appears they substitute with something similar if what is selected isn't available. That being said, I've enjoyed all of them."

"My husband and I frequent this cafe a lot on the weekends. We love their food and we love their staff. The flavors in their foods are always consistent and they use the freshest ingredients. Their espresso and non espresso drinks are so good. What I like about this cafe is that they have their common core menu and then they have specials. The owner likes to keep the menu fresh so that you can try a variety of different foods to eat. The menu is big and great for all different types of eaters.
