The Gobi Manchurian, Hakka Noodles, Mixed Vegetable Sabji and the Mixed Vegetable Korma were very flavorful and the salt level was great! The garlic was great too! We had not mentioned the spice level, so everything was mild, so unsure if that is why the salt was also mild, but we will continue to order like that because we really appreciated the salt level. "Opening up my food packaging was like an unpacking....like the videos we all have seen at one time or another. So, it's like this: I ordered the thaali, right? Peering into the bag is like pulling out little trinket boxes, wondering what is in each. After I took out my dessert, there was a big side of rice, another little box of yellow rice, a yoghurt rice, 2 daals, one with a snack, one half-filled with the included dessert, one half-filled with some type of liquid which turned out to be lemonade, a surprise veggie - karela, and another yummy veggie - methi malai matter, a roti and some chutney. And that was that! Although food is always good, and they include something extra every time with my order, where's my naan, where's my salad, my raita! The tiny containers were half-filled at most.....except for the rice. Even my badam milk was only three quarters full, and it was pistacchio milk, not badam milk. Not cool. Moral of the story: Don't order right around closing time....they tend to run out of food."

"This is a long over due review, but this is by far one of my favorite Himalayan/Indian restaurants in the Bay. The Chicken Tikka Masala hits the spot every time, and I appreciate that they include two rice varieties by default. The Plain Naan is often warm, fluffy, and wholesome, although it can be a little inconsistent - some nights it can be a little doughy, but still really tasty all the same. The Raita is very nearly perfect - creamy, cool, refreshing - and they give you around 6oz. The amount given is good for 2-3 orders or Plain Naan! Also I want to call out that they are extremely kind! I know that has little bearing on a restaurant, but in today's world, kindness always deserves a shoutout."
