"The Garlic Noodles were a bit different than I expected. As garlic noodles are traditionally a Vietnamese dish, but this was simply linguine with Garlic Noodles had way too much butter. however, they were still delicious and I ate every last drop after draining off some of the butter. The boiled potatoes I ordered were simply butter. Boiled Potatoes (3). I did eat all of them although it wasn't three potatoes. I only received two potatoes cut in half. I did have to again not only drain the butter, but after being in the fridge and eating the rest of them and the noodles the second day I had to use so many paper towels to scrape the butter off both the noodles and the Boiled Potatoes (3). I know this is sounding like a complaint, but after I did what I did to remove the literal full stick of butter on the potatoes and perhaps half a stick of butter on the noodles, the food was really fantastic. I will certainly buy again.
I think part of the problem with the butter coagulating is because the driver was incredibly late and I had a double dash order. The Dasher went to Cardenas's market, which is a block from me before they went to the backyard Bayou. It makes no sense they should have gone and grabbed the backyard bayou because they had to pass my house to go to backyard bayou and have they gone there first and then to Cardenas's market, I don't think the butter would've been such an issue, but they did the reverse. So by the time I got the backyard Bayou order it was already cold. That is not the restaurant fault at all. It is the Dasher's fault. Backyard by you was so good. I think I'm going to order from backyard bayou again and not do a double dash so I won't have the butter issue.

Lobster Tempura Roll had a decent flavor however it was stuffed mostly with lettuce! Jon's Shrimp Lover Roll was ok, each ingredient stood out and easily identified. Snow White Roll (on the right in pic) was ok, however the avocado was overpowering. Prawn Tempura Appetizer was very good but only came with 4. (Combo) Sweet & Sour Pork was an okay deal in terms of portion size, you could easily split it out into dinner for two people, but it was all so unrelentingly salty and greasy, with way too much squishy dough around the pork. Aside from green onions in the fried rice there were no vegetables that I could see, and no pineapple or onion pieces in the sweet and sour pork. I couldn't finish half of it.
