Bad: the way they have the menu on DoorDash set up is highly unclear especially about the Espresso drinks. Really unclear how many shots each drink and size have in them and the additions option makes that even more confusing. I chose a 12 oz Espresso which is just a very unclear way of sizing espresso. So I added a note that I wanted three shots of espresso. What came was one shot. I also added whipped cream to the espresso, which was not in there, and the taste of the espresso was very acidic not a good  espresso  would not get that again."

"It was all good. One minor thing: the cherry slushee was only half-full. And the "large" size is actually the same as a small soda. Taco Bell isn't the only fast-food store that does this. Burger King does it with their slushees, McDonald's does it with their milk shakes, etc, etc. So I guess in the fast food business, they'll back up a tanker truck to your table if you ordered soda. "The Garlic Noodles were a bit different than I expected. As garlic noodles are traditionally a Vietnamese dish, but this was simply linguine with Garlic Noodles had way too much butter. however, they were still delicious and I ate every last drop after draining off some of the butter. The boiled potatoes I ordered were simply butter. Boiled Potatoes (3). I did eat all of them although it wasn't three potatoes. I only received two potatoes cut in half. I did have to again not only drain the butter, but after being in the fridge and eating the rest of them and the noodles the second day I had to use so many paper towels to scrape the butter off both the noodles and the Boiled Potatoes (3). I know this is sounding like a complaint, but after I did what I did to remove the literal full stick of butter on the potatoes and perhaps half a stick of butter on the noodles, the food was really fantastic. I will certainly buy again.
I think part of the problem with the butter coagulating is because the driver was incredibly late and I had a double dash order. The Dasher went to Cardenas's market, which is a block from me before they went to the backyard Bayou. It makes no sense they should have gone and grabbed the backyard bayou because they had to pass my house to go to backyard bayou and have they gone there first and then to Cardenas's market, I don't think the butter would've been such an issue, but they did the reverse. So by the time I got the backyard Bayou order it was already cold. That is not the restaurant fault at all. It is the Dasher's fault. Backyard by you was so good. I think I'm going to order from backyard bayou again and not do a double dash so I won't have the butter issue.

"Rolls are very large and filling but lack flavor. Shrimp Tempura Roll (on the left in pic) was the best out of all with a solid taste for the basic roll. Lobster Tempura Roll had a decent flavor however it was stuffed mostly with lettuce! Jon's Shrimp Lover Roll was ok, each ingredient stood out and easily identified. Snow White Roll (on the right in pic) was ok, however the avocado was overpowering. Prawn Tempura Appetizer was very good but only came with 4. Lastly, Katsu Don was delicious and taste very similar to the dishes in Japan! "

"This really hit the spot today. Everything was warm, well seasoned, even the calamari was still crispy and warm. Moist Bourbon Glazed King Salmon, and sweet White Chocolate Bread Pudding still warm with all the fixings. So glad I treated myself tonight!"
"1) Kids Fish and Chips - inedible. Arrived literally swimming in a pool of grease. French fries were limp, pale and extremely undercooked. Did not receive any sides, as described. Did not receive brownie. Would have received better fruit from a Motel 6 continenti breakfast.
2) Braised Short Ribs - meat was confusingly dry throughout, with what appeared to be a turkey gravy - definitely not the promised red wine sauce and definitely not an appropriate amount. Meat was flavorless, although the (wrong) sauce was tasty. Carrots had a nice bite, but once again: zero seasoning. Everything lacked the juicy depth of flavor normally associated with this dish. I'm going to pick out the choice bites and turn the rest into a soup. Mashed potato side was delicious and extremely generous portion - far more potatoes than meat in this dish.
3) Garlic Mashed Potatoes - I'm saving these for later, but for $9, you're getting a scoop that looks to be about 6-8 oz. Tasty, but that's very expensive!
I spent almost a day's wages treating myself and got slightly more than 1 meal's worth of mediocre food... I would consider Lake Chalet to be a huge waste of money. Maybe the charm lies in eating at the actual restaurant...?"
