"If you want good italian food this is where you go. My wife and I splurge on them a few times a year for anniversaries, the Lasagna di Carne is amazing and a great portion size, we also get the Pollo alla parmagiana a lot and honestly the only time I've ever had better is my mom's. 3) Garlic Mashed Potatoes - I'm saving these for later, but for $9, you're getting a scoop that looks to be about 6-8 oz. Tasty, but that's very expensive!
I spent almost a day's wages treating myself and got slightly more than 1 meal's worth of mediocre food... I would consider Lake Chalet to be a huge waste of money. Maybe the charm lies in eating at the actual restaurant...?"
