"Everything about this meal was disappointing. I ordered my pork chops medium rare. The were way over cooked and over charred. The meat had no flavor except the acrid char. The approximately 1 tablespoon serving of applesauce wasn't nearly enough to make these moist enough to eat. The vegetables were over steamed and unseasoned. The salad was a lot of lettuce with a teeny bit of dressing and just 2 pieces of tomato and cucumber. The salad was in a foil tin that was placed on top of the hot food, so half of the lettuce wilted. The mashed potatoes were good, but there was a small piece of bone in them. They should take this off the menu"
