My wife and I splurge on them a few times a year for anniversaries, the Lasagna di Carne is amazing and a great portion size, we also get the Pollo alla parmagiana a lot and honestly the only time I've ever had better is my mom's. Meat was flavorless, although the (wrong) sauce was tasty. Carrots had a nice bite, but once again: zero seasoning. Everything lacked the juicy depth of flavor normally associated with this dish. I'm going to pick out the choice bites and turn the rest into a soup. Mashed potato side was delicious and extremely generous portion - far more potatoes than meat in this dish.
3) Garlic Mashed Potatoes - I'm saving these for later, but for $9, you're getting a scoop that looks to be about 6-8 oz. Tasty, but that's very expensive!

Today, they used old tortilla chips as the base for my Factory Nachos and most of them were inedible as they were soaked in oil and/or too hard to eat and the portion was half of what it normally is (it's my fav dish and I've eaten it many tips both onsite and delivery). On my Caesar Salad , they omitted the croutons. The Street Corn had a lot of burnt portions. Finally - they sent butter, but omitted my complimentary bread. These items, plus the Brownie Crunch Choc-a-Lot Cheesecake cost me a total of $74.80 (before tip - and all of it was vegetarian, no meat added). It's really gotten out of hand and tells me I need to take a break from ordering from them.
As a footnote - last weekend I had the Spinach-Artichoke Dip and the amount received was a joke - it was literally just enough for 4 or 5 tortillas chips - for $20.50!!!!!"

"I love the Grilled Salmon Plate at this restaurant because it's flavorful and even without a lemon or lime to squeeze over it.. it is still really good. "While I still like this place to Dash from at times there are things they can improve on. Grilled Salmon Plate is always flavorful in regards to the salmon and usually the hummus which I'm a big fan of for it's abundant flavor that even I who has no sense of smell can still taste the awesome flavor of the hummus. Today I did have to add a few drops from the lemon wedge as well as later a small amt of vianagrette dressing as well as to the yellow rice. It was great after that. More often than not it has been almost too much flavor which I do appreciate.
I'm not sure what happened to the Side Salad. Look for yourself.
In the end, this place is a gem and if anything it's only minor things that may be off in a given week,but they DO give you the spices and ingredients to spice it up as you see fit.
I will continue to order from here as It's in my top 3 favorites. It's healthy. It's tasty. It's satisfying."
