I'm going to pick out the choice bites and turn the rest into a soup. Mashed potato side was delicious and extremely generous portion - far more potatoes than meat in this dish. 3) Garlic Mashed Potatoes - I'm saving these for later, but for $9, you're getting a scoop that looks to be about 6-8 oz. Tasty, but that's very expensive! I spent almost a day's wages treating myself and got slightly more than 1 meal's worth of mediocre food... I would consider Lake Chalet to be a huge waste of money. Maybe the charm lies in eating at the actual restaurant...?"
