My tips are- back off the salt. The customer can always add more, but can't remove it. Learn to make a creamy gravy that balances all of the flavors. Pick better quality andouille. Quit making garlic bread until you learn how. It is overpowering and just not good. The biscuit was soft, fresh, but dry. Home fries, eggs and bacon were perfection."
