I've gone to a lot of steakhouses who overcook my steaks constantly and lacking the quality of meat this steak has. I asked for a rare steak, truffle butter, and a side of mushrooms. I've never had truffle butter before and by itself it seemed a little strange to me, but paired up with the steak is incredible.
