"For this review I have to divide into two portions. The first being the quality and flavor of the food. On this day, we made two separate pho orders, one chicken and one round / flank beef pho. Both meals were rich in flavor, with the depth wanted from any pho, so in that regards, I actually rate the meal a 4 out of 5 stars. However Upon opening the meal we were presented with two soup containers appropriate for our large orders. Since one was chicken and one was beef, we expected to differentiate between the two easily. But, they were identical in color and appearance, and also taste upon trying that. It appears they they used the same base broth for both chicken and beef. Disappointing right there. But we weren't finished being disappointed. Save for the basil, every component of the meal was.... 25% less than expected. This includes the hoisin sauce. After adding in EVERYTHING, the noodles, the bean sprouts, the meat, the onions, the plum sauce and a squeeze or two of lime, and all the herbs, instead of the container being overfilling as has been my experience with almost every other take out pho, this was an estimated 80% full. Given the fact that you already pay a higher fee for doordash than an 'in-store' order, my expectation is to get an order LARGER than normal. Both dishes were not. While the meal was adequate, I couldn't help the bad taste in my mouth of being shorted. This is NOT a location I'm likely to order from again. If I do, I will have to do it when I'm not hungry."
