"I ordered a Custom Thin Crust pizza and an order of Italian Cheese Bread. Almost $30 spent, and my thin crust is soggy (normally they are like a cracker (which is why I get them) out also has burnt edges, that they just left in the box. My ICB was not only over cooked, but all the seasoning they put on it, was literally on the middle. So it makes it very hard to eat. I called the store, and of course they can't refund me the money but they put me on a remake list... The girl I spoke to at the store was very kind and she at least deserves 4 stars 🌟 herself. "Food was delivered on time and at a good temperature, although the deep fried ice Deep Fried Ice Cream was melted a little more then I would have liked, I popped it into the freezer as soon as I got it and when I was ready to eat it, it was perfectly frozen and still soft enough to glide a spoon through it with easy! And like I requested there was no honey added. I did add a few of my own extra sprinkles for the picture because the melted ice cream and drowned the ones on it. The Traditional Chimichangas were delicious but they were a little soggy from all the juices from everything around them. Might be helpful to package the toppings seperatelyand just put them side by side with the rice and beans so everything else can be added as desired as not to overwhelm the burritos, taking away that crunchy crust if the burrito kinda defeats the purpose of them being Traditional Chimichangas. I give the meal an overall 4/5 because despite the small complaints the food was still great! I would have liked to have some cheese dip to pour on top of them but at $8.99 for a small bowl of dip is outrageous. Try offering a smaller option if possible. Thanks! "
