"I love trying new places so I wish I could say better things! The Chicken Caesar Wrap was not only *tiny*, we're talking a fajita-sized tortilla, but there was also no caesar dressing on it?? It was just a teeny tortilla with lettuce, chicken, and tomato. Absolutely not worth the price. McDonald's did better wraps. The fries on the side were also ridiculously underdone. Soggy, yet potatoes were still chewy.
The Tots were good- a little mushy due to them steaming in the container but that's no one's fault. The portion was *generous* for the price.
Side Salad was okay. Just a container of mostly shredded lettuce with two pieces of tomato and red onion. They did get all the dressings right, which I requested in the notes. Adding a star for that."

On occasion my girlfriend's boneless wings are tiny or have more breading than chicken. As for my bone-in wings I have noticed less and less sauce as well as tough, dry skin on the outside of the chicken. Maybe under a heat lamp too long. The fries are typically great, but twice now they have been old or way over cooked. It's always a filling meal and there is a chance it is great, but for the inflated prices I am not interested in taking a chance here. "

"I order the Yum Woon Sen regularly, but couldn't eat this today. Many of the usual ingredients were missing, so no flavor: no cilantro, no green onion, and no lime dressing. But the worst part is that it only came with about 2 tablespoons of the ground chicken and it was not fully cooked and there was little to no larb seasoning (both of which I noticed right away when I took my first and only bite).
I sought help from DoorDash and only received $4.10 credit on this $14 dish. Even with undercooked chicken.
This is not the first time I've received poor quality food from this restaurant, but it is the first time I've written a public review (I've written private feedback in the past). I've had some good food from this place, and it became my go-to, but those good food experiences became fewer and further between.
This restaurant could stand to do quality checks before they send any food out the door. Their food quality has declined since they opened a couple years ago. Time to find a new go-to Thai restaurant.
