it's different getting pho delivered, as opposed to at the restaurant. With delivery, you get sort of a "kit". The broth is in its own container; noodles & chicken in another; and bean sprouts and all the toppings in a plastic bag. You have to assemble it all into a bowl of pho. Heat the broth to just shy of boiling while you assemble the other ingredients in a large bowl you can cover. (plastic wrap or a plastic bag you can twist tie will do to cover). Pour the hot broth over the other ingredients, mix, and cover for a few minutes to "cook"; then enjoy.😋"
