"I purchased this for lunch while at work and with my better judgment decided to order a side of fries because I just had a feeling that the burger did not come with fries. So essentially, this is just a regular burger for $12. When I received the fries that I paid extra for, the amount was that of a handful of a child. The ceasar salad dressing was so salty and was very difficult to consume. In which, about 20 mins after taking the first and only bite, I had a terrible headache. However, the free house made potato chips was cool. I think I enjoyed the potato chips the most out of my entire order. Overall the food was fresh but, the portions did not equate to the price paid. For a $12 lunch special that turned into almost $30 was not truly worth it in my opinion. I probably will not order from here again, unfortunately. I wanted to give them a chance since this was my first time trying Bad Daddy's Burger Bar but for a good burger meal I will not recommend."

My friend said he'd never order from Ted's again. My 7 Oz Salmon was sorely overcooked... I ordered medium rare - it was WELL DONE, at best, by the time it got to me. And was the puniest piece of fish ever. There was also remnants of mashed potatoes in my container which indicates someone wasn't paying attention when plating my order. The cup of Karen's "Flying-D" Bison Chili tasted awesome and they heeded my request for 'no onions.' Portion seemed extremely small - less than what it would have been had I been at the restaurant. The $9 price tag made it sting even more. I should let you know that I was standing outside waiting on the driver before he arrived so it's not like the order sat around after being delivered. I don't know why we had the option of choosing the temperature on our food when it was going to arrive NOWHERE near what was requested. Trying to end on a positive note, the onion rings were the best part of the meal. I actually didn't expect them to be that good since fried food doesn't exactly travel well. They put them in a separate container - smart! They are some of the best I've ever had! This was my friend's first meal from Ted's and I raved about how good the food is. Now, neither of us want to eat there again, which is so sad because I really love the Karen's "Flying-D" Bison Chili and the burgers. So disappointed - maybe this is on me for expecting a delivery order to be almost as good as sitting in the restaurant. Lesson learned."

"H&F consistently makes a great burger. I have enjoyed them many times when dining at the food hall at Ponce City Market. I was very excited to see them on DoorDash. That being said, the food doesn't travel well. You pay a premium for the quality, but it falls devastatingly short as take out. Packaging hot and cold items separately is food service 101. I ordered a salad and it was packaged with my other hot items so it was a wilted, hot soggy mess when it arrived. It's a simple fix to package warm proteins separately if they are added to a salad or to use a more substantial packaging material. The salad container melted from the heat. I was excited about the rodeo burger. But it also arrived soggy. The "crispy" onions were a ball of mush under the pickles and BBQ sauce. The beer battered onion rings were also under seasoned and gummy. Popping them in the air fryer for a second revived them slightly. The flavor of the batter tastes like very bland hush puppies. Personally, not my thing- but someone may like it. I also paid for condiments I did not receive. Honey Mustard and Ranch. They were on the expo ticket- they just somehow didn't make it into my bag full of mush. The only thing that I enjoyed was the chocolate malted milkshake. 10/10! The only feedback is that there wasn't enough of it. It was a splurge at the price point for just 12oz. I'm glad it didn't disappoint. The chicken was juicy with just the right amount of heat, the buns were soft, and the fries were seasoned perfectly. Everything was packaged well and still hot when I got it. "The Tropicalia (brand of beer) battered cod was delicious. The meal had 3 good sized pieces of cod that were hot and crunchy. No beer flavor so don't worry about that. The tarter sauce is spicy. We could only eat 2 pieces of fish each. Saved the last one for lunch. It microwaved nicely and still has the crunch. This is my favorite menu item from Taco Mac."
