I’m not sure if the restaurant made a mistake, but something definitely went wrong. I ordered the mini Tom Yum soup, which was supposed to include noodles and beef. However, the soup looked nothing like the picture on the menu. A normal Tom Yum soup should have a slightly orange color, but the one I received was soy sauce-colored, or rather, it seemed to be just soy sauce. It tasted extremely salty like soy sauce and had a foul sour taste, making it inedible, so I couldn’t eat any of it, which was a complete waste of money. I hope this review helps others avoid ordering the Tom Yum soup. Let me know if you need any more changes!"

I ordered a large rice bowl with spicy chicken. The rice was unacceptably dry and hard, and the chicken was overcooked & fatty. While I understand that everyone has different preferences, I felt it was important to politely share my constructive feedback with the manager/owner (who I believe was the elderly woman I spoke with). To my surprise, she dismissed my concerns, stating that the rice was "supposed to be" that way. This response was dismissive and lacked any understanding of customer feedback. Given the consistently high quality of food at the Yogis in Scottsdale location on Shea, this experience in Chandler was particularly disappointing.
