"I don't often write reviews on DoorDash, but Chateau Bagel deserves a shoutout. While I love their bagel sandwiches, what really impressed me was their customer service. They ran out of chicken for my order and replaced it with ham, but to go above and beyond, they included a free pack of their bagels. They didn't have to do that, and as a regular DoorDash user, I've never experienced a business take an effort to 'over-correct' a situation. I appreciate it."
