The lunch filet portion was very filling for me so it was a perfect lunch meal. The filet is very tender and seasoning was excellent. The fried rice and veggies are probably the freshest version of these two side I've ever had with delivery hibachi meals -- the veggies crunch and taste like they were fresh cut. The rice/veggies portions were equal to the dinner meal so still a lot of great food that will make your tummy happy but won't slow you down when you return to work.
