Both the Large Baba Ghannouj and Large Hummus are so smooth, creamy and flavorful I assume they have some secret ingredients. The 6 Pcs Falafel is just right and they stayed crunchy for 2 hours after a 30 minute car ride absorbing their own steam. Very crunchy when eaten at the restaurant.
