There were no cars ahead of me, but the employee repeatedly asked what I wanted, then put me on hold three separate times. Still craving KFC, I ordered through DoorDash instead — and that was just as bad. Honestly, the best part of my order was the Pepsi.
I used my hard-earned money because I didn’t have groceries at home and didn’t have time to cook, but this was an absolute letdown. For such a large, long-standing franchise, the quality should not be this poor. I’ve had KFC in Jamaica that was incredible — so why is there such a stark difference here?
I feel like I wasted my time, gas, money, and appetite. I left completely unsatisfied and honestly want a full refund. This location really needs to step up its service and food quality."
