"I got the Double Whopper because a regular Whopper is only a quarter. lb, which is just 4 oz of meat. Beef shrinks 25% during cooking, so after cooking a regular Whopper is only 3 oz. of meat. So with the Double Whopper being 6 oz. of meat after cooking, it is a decent size. It doesn't taste quite as good as it did years ago, but it is better than they were 2 years ago when BK's food quality hit rock bottom.
