I don't know whether they used dry-brine or wet-brine technique, but my order was so overly salty as to be practically inedible. I like salt, and I don't have to limit myself to low salt food; but this chicken was so overly salty that I just wanted to say "GAAACK" after tasting it. I threw most of it in the garbage.
