Soft, sweet, and on point. Shrooms and onions. Sautéed and portioned with finesse that usually doesn’t come wrapped in foil and served in a cardboard box. Last stop, cheese. Folks, the cheese was so hot and stringy that it got caught in my beard! (Yes, I'm saving it for later. Gross, I know, but I gotta be me, and the cheese was sooo gooood!). 3. Surprise of the evening. I almost fell over when I realized that The Burger Den is a virtual brand of Denny’s?!? Before today, I wouldn't think Denny's capable of the best gastropub-esque burger I've had in years!
