"The amount of food you get for the price you pay is far too little. The 10. Naruto rolls are super weak, 6 measly pieces super thin pieces for 14 dollars. They also are not made normally, everything is on the inside. No ginger included. The Shrimp Fried Rice was very dry, not very flavorful, and no sauce was included with them. They do have the normal sized shrimp, but only 6 pieces were included for 15 bucks and the amount of rice was the equivalent of what you would get in a quart at most places for about half the price."

Not sure how we overlooked Hokkaido, but this was our first time and it was excellent. Most importantly, the sushi (tuna/avocado roll, salmon/cucumber roll, yellowtail/scallion roll) was very fresh and delicious. The dumpling soup was both very flavorful, and piping hot on arrival (almost unheard of for delivery), and both hot entrees - the salmon teriyaki and the shrimp hibachi - were excellent. The mixed Japanese fried noodles were packed with flavor and chock full of beef, chicken, and shrimp. And they followed our special instructions to a tee. They even put a small plate of mini cake pieces as a dessert. Hokkaido will be our new go-to for Japanese/sushi options - wish we found them two years ago!"
