This time I received a side order to go box with cold rice and a small bowl with the wrong quantity of items and didn't include all my extra $ Paid for toppings. I called the store and they said they don't put fish, veggies, toppings gs and sauce on top of the rice. That's what a Poke Bowl is. I order at least twice a week from them and never have my items been reduced in sized and packaged seperate. Very unprofessional at the store when I called. Won't order here anymore. Paid $36 for the Bowl and received may $5-$10 worth of food."

When you walk in the place it's clean and updated with proper music at just the right volume. The staff is super friendly . The fish is incredibly high quality. The Yellowtail blew me away. "Salmon Sashimi is always prepared beautifully. Love when the use the leaves as a base layer, makes for a beautiful presentation when ordering for takeout. Their Uni Pasta as well as their Hokkaido Hotate Scallops in the house white sauce from their small plates are great selections to try! It's worth noting (I believe 💁‍♀️) that I happen to have a dietary conflict with ginger and they accommodate my request 99% of the time, without error, question or difficulty...and their customer service (whether on the phone, or in person at the restaurant) is elevated, personable and kind. I highly recommend Ozen Sushi...this is one of only 3 sushi spots in the area (we have *plenty* of selection from which to choose) that I both frequent and authentically suggest to others. Their quality and price, alone, make them a top contender, however, their unique menu selections have made them a standout in our family since they first opened their doors. You wont be disappointed! 😊"

"So, I have no idea what big roll they sent me, because it wasn't what I ordered. It was, however, incredibly delicious so I didn't bother with complaining. The sauce with the Gyoza is a typical dipping sauce with a little extra seasoning, I quite liked it. They give a good sized portion of kizami wasabi if you add it on to one of your selections! I don't normally like delivery sushi, since it's better fresh, but this is my second time ordering and I'm still super happy with it!"

"I pick my sushi restaurants by how well they prepare their sashimi bowls. I won't visit or get take away from a sushi spot more than once if I don't like the chirashi / sashimi bowl. I'm pleased to say the sashimi A4.Sashimi rice bowl was quite delicious with fresh sashimi sliced to just the right thickness for thick cut sushi. The rice was well made and the lettuce was a nice touch. Unexpected but very good and crunchy. I was not a fan of the miso E8.Miso soup. For me it was a little too salty. But otherwise it arrived warm and ready to eat. I love surf C21.Surf clam nigiri and seeing it on the menu had me ordering it no hesitation. It was a presentation of the clams and they tasted fresh. I will be ordering from this establishment again and might even show up in person. 5/5 food experience. "
