"Wow! Underrated store. As far as dumplings are concerned, at least. I purchased both the Pan Fried Dumplings and Pork Dumplings In Chilli Oil Soup, and they're both great. The fried ones have a 'trademarkable' exterior, and love has gone into the filling. In the bag I received three condiment containers, one with soy sauce, another with vinegar and the third containing the kind of potent chilli oil you wish you got with crispy pork and rice. Great solid-to-liquid ratio. Don't be afraid of the chilli oil soup - the first sip might scare you because the oil rises to the top, but you can adapt to this quite easily.
