My salad had mixed greens in addition to the usual iceberg lettuce. The dressing was generous. I was able to substitute stir fry vegetables for rice, which I did. I like rice, but it was unusual to get this substitution, so I wanted to try it. I could have also still added a side of rice. The vegetables were carrots, broccoli, onion, and cabbage. Not very imaginitive. I like my vegies a little more tender. If I have to attack them with the fork, they need a little more time. The flavor was good but I was tempted to stick them in a pan for a toss. There is space for special directions, however, when ordering. Next time, I will ask them to stir fry a little longer. I ordered Pork Teriyaki. It was tender and good. Not salty or dry or fatty. Some places make it oily so that it shines, but this did not have that mouth-feel. It was good. One thing I really liked about my meal was that it was the right size for one person. If you were looking for a mountain of food to reheat tomorrow, you would be unhappy. I really liked the fact that my servings were perfect and I had just what I needed to feel satisfied. My order was delivered, I cannot comment on what it's like inside.
