"My coworker ordered us two matcha lattes from here yesterday and they were both missing ingredients. Just milk with a bitter matcha aftertaste. We called today to make sure we hadn't ordered it wrong and that it was in fact their mistake, and let them know we'd be ordering again. In today's order, the Matcha Latte cup was sliced on the side and between a quarter and half of the drink had spilled out all over the cup carrier. I've had sandwiches like this before, but cucumber slice were not in the middle, having them in the middle makes this much easier to eat. The Taiyaki (1 Piece) is well made, not overly stuffed. The batter is thin enough and the red bean filling has a subtle sweetness. I would order again, but most likely for pick-up or in store purchasing. my dasher had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order and I can avoid the required surcharge for additonal item to a drink."
