I'll just start by saying this is a great amount for 5 of us. I have made 3 brisket sandwiches so far and still have half of the container left. 1 pound can easily make 6-7 sandwiches. Then weve still got another pound of the pork.
The brisket is so tender, falls apart in your hands. It is so juicy even without the bbq sauce.

"Holy moly... I'm vegan and love this kind of food. I've gotten CAVA before but Yamas absolutely blows them out of the park. I'll be re-ordering and we'll see about consistency but portion size was large and filling (and for reference Chipotle bowls do not fill me up), the ratio of topping to grains was perfect as well. "I ordered the lecce (salad) and fhungi pizza, and loved it. I don't like a thick crust and I don't like thin crust that is hard and crunchy, this crust was perfect and had that brick oven taste. I would try any of their other pizzas. The salad was big! Lots of greens. It's really hard to find a good healthy salad that delivers to my area on Doordash, most are very small or fast food, or plain iceberg lettuce. This one's a huge bowl of mixed leaf lettuce and the shredded carrots taste actually fresh. Good cheese. Loved this!"
