"This visit really surprised us. We'be tried Clermont Fish House several times over the years but it seemed to always fall short. The last time, all the batter was very greasy and soggy. IJW quickly became our new favorite, but recently they changed their sauce options and reduced the number of options to only the select few they have now. I used to get a sriracha honey sauce that was delicious, and my partner would get Nashville hot. The wings were always large and VERY saucy, but now they're sad, small, and dry.
