"This restaurant is what I call Destination (not neighborhood) Chinese. Every neighborhood has an inexpensive what I call Red Top restaurant. Good for cheap fried stuff and dishes with gloppy sauces and lots of vegetables. NOT HERE. Here the dishes are subtle, well-sauced, and FULL of flavor. Every darn dish is good although I will say go for the Chengdu regional dishes and ignore the American-style cuisine if you can.
