While I understand that stock shortages happen, I noticed that some other stores proactively call customers to offer alternatives or at least notify them in advance. This level of communication would have been greatly appreciated.
Additionally, given that the store is located right in front of a grocery store, it seemed like a missed opportunity to quickly restock and fulfill orders. When I walked past the store on Thursday, I also noticed a team member on their phone, which gave the impression that service efficiency might be an area for improvement.
