When our food arrived, several items were missing including one of the sides which was a ceasar salad and the grilled onions I paid $2 extra for. Also, the filet was advertised as their most tender steak but was not. The Award Winning Chili did not look like the picture and was not seasoned well. I felt like the employees did not care about food quality or order accuracy. I had a better meal at the Frog Level Brewery for a lot less."

This might have been more of the drivers fault but still added to the disappointment. the chicken Parmesan sub was lacking to say the least. Chewy and tasted like a frozen patty ...$18 .. and the raviolis?? for the same price? this should have been a third of the price. There were so few raviolis. the side bread was the same used for sandwiches. we ended up cooking food at home after this. $50 ... for what?"
