"Requested no chocolate topping on my kitkat storm and instead to add caramel topping. When it arrived it had both toppings. The burger was barely warm. Onion rings were over cooked (as close to burned as can be without actually burning). Coffee was also not extra hot as requested, only warm on arrival. Best thing about order was the fact that the chips were fresh and hot.
Sadly, it seems to be common with this Hungry Jack's to not properly follow order alterations properly or to miss putting some items in. I am, however, glad to have all items ordered arrive this time."

"Really disappointed with the food. We ordered the Schezwan veg fried rice and the lamb/goat biriyani, and both were extremely sour to the point they were inedible. The rice in both dishes was overcooked and soggy, with too much water, making the texture unpleasant.
The Schezwan fried rice had no real Schezwan flavour at all—just a strong sour taste that completely ruined it. The biriyani was no better, lacking proper balance and flavour.
We ended up throwing both dishes away. Total waste of money. Definitely do not recommend—honestly not even worth one star."

"I had stopped going here about a year ago, because their food quality had really gone downhill, but I was feeling lazy desperately wanted potato cakes and didn't want to spend heaps on delivery. This place seems to have really picked up its game since the last couple of times I ordered. I don't know if it has new people running it or what, but it has majorly improved. The Potato Cakes were crispy and fluffy (previously the were rubbery). The rest of the food was as you would expect (again a huge improvement compared to previous orders).
The only critism I have is they were a little heavy handed with the chicken salt.

"Really enjoyed my barramundi and chips the fish was fresh and chips cooked to my liking. The portion of chips were adaquate. I also had a Mars Bar Batter with cinnamon sugar however would prefer will less or no sugar. I would order this meal again especially for the fresh fish."

It should be classified as small for the serving I got for the broccoli, it's pretty much only good for one person and it didn't have any crackle which it was described to have. The chicken tenders looked nothing like the picture and were the size of nuggets and definitely doesn't warrant its price. And $22 for a salad with a couple pieces of chicken, which is the same size as the Mediterranean salad, is ludicrous. This place doesn't meet expectations at all and isn't worth it.
