"I did a doordash self pickup and I called ahead because of a mixup and The manager was cool and waited on me to pickup my order before he locked the lobby doors. That manager is a real OG. "I usually love the Sweet Spot, but this breakfast was disappointing. I ordered a chicken biscuit, a side of gravy, and a caramel macchiato. The biscuit was a nice size, but the chicken was a bit bland, and the biscuit itself was good, but not great. The gravy was basically water. Very very thin and basically no taste. The coffee tasted like thin hotel coffee. Not what I expected or hoped for from such an otherwise wonderful restaurant. I don't share this to be rude, although I'm sure it will come off that way. More so in the hopes that improvements will be made so that I can leave a much better review next time I order."
