"I'm only giving it a 4 because of the way the sandwich was packed. It's a croissant and they are supposed to be nice and fluffy. It should have been packed in a tin or foam flip top. I know, I know that cost. I'd pay $.75 more for the sandwich to arrive as it would in your establishment. Being that it was wrapped, it was smashed, and due to all the heat it became a bit soggy.
